雲宇宙AI園區是中華工程成為「全球首家通過 PAS 2080 碳管理標準查證之資產業主」的示範專案。擔任本案專案建築師期間,我將全生命週期碳管理導入從規劃設計到營造的每一個決策,讓減碳成為可量化、可稽核的設計依據。
Cloud Universe AI Park is the demonstration project through which BES Engineering became the world's first asset owner verified to PAS 2080. As Project Architect, I embedded whole-life carbon management from design through construction — making decarbonization a measurable, auditable design decision.

數位工作流 / Digital Workflow
雲宇宙以多平台 BIM 為核心:Tekla 建構鋼結構、Revit 與 Archicad 整合建築與系統,模型量體直接驅動 ISO 14067 碳足跡盤查與 LEBR 蘊含碳模型;Autodesk Forma 於設計階段模擬日照與風環境;並以 LiDAR 點雲掃描現場、對位 BIM 模型作竣工查核。全程依 ISO 19650 流程,在 Trimble Connect 共用資料環境協作。數位工具不為炫技,而是讓「碳」從一條看不見的曲線,變成每個設計決策都能量化、稽核的依據。
A multi-platform BIM workflow at its core — Tekla for steel structure, Revit and Archicad for architecture and systems, with model quantities driving the ISO 14067 inventory and LEBR embodied-carbon model. Autodesk Forma simulated daylight and wind at design stage; LiDAR point-cloud scanning aligned the as-built to the BIM model. Collaboration ran on a Trimble Connect common data environment under ISO 19650 — making carbon measurable and auditable in every decision.
