Design Concept
一座把傳統肉品批發垂直化、潔淨化的當代市場。設計以 HACCP 冷鏈標準重組生產與物流動線——人流、貨流、廢棄物流各行其道,讓食品安全從空間結構做起,而非事後補強。地上七層、地下四層的垂直堆疊,把原本攤平佔地的市場機能收進精實的量體,為城市釋放稀缺的土地。 本案於公開競圖獲首獎;設計方案完成後,因後續程序未獲續行而未興建。它記錄了一種對城市基礎設施的想像:市場不只是交易的場所,也可以是乾淨、有序、與街區共存的當代建築。 A contemporary market that brings traditional meat wholesaling upward and into a clean, controlled environment. The design reorganizes production and logistics flows to HACCP cold-chain standards — people, goods and waste each on separate paths — so that food safety begins in the spatial structure rather than being patched on afterward. Stacked across seven floors above grade and four below, the once-sprawling market program is folded into a compact volume, returning scarce land to the city. The scheme won first prize in an open competition; after the design was completed, it did not proceed to construction. It records an idea of urban infrastructure: that a market can be not only a place of trade but a clean, ordered piece of contemporary architecture that coexists with its neighborhood.
