Design Concept
基地座落於台北東緣、成熟的低密度別墅生活紋理之中。危老重建的任務,首先是把老舊建築的結構安全與居住性能更新到當代標準;在此之上,設計回應業主對簡約的偏好——以乾淨的量體、克制的開口比例與節制的材料語彙,讓新建的集合住宅安靜地嵌入既有街廓的尺度,而非以造型張揚存在。 簡約不是減法的結果,而是把生活的優先順序想清楚後留下的秩序:充足的採光、合宜的尺度、耐看的立面。 The site sits within the mature, low-density villa fabric on Taipei's eastern edge. A hazardous-and-aging-building reconstruction first brings an outdated structure up to contemporary standards of safety and livability; beyond that, the design answers the owner's preference for restraint. Clean volumes, disciplined window proportions and a quiet material palette let the new residential building settle into the scale of its existing block rather than announce itself through form. Here, simplicity is not the result of subtraction but the order that remains once the priorities of living are made clear: ample daylight, comfortable proportions, a façade that ages well.
