Design Concept

一間落在宜蘭的設計旅店,也是一個家款待旅人的方式。四層樓的尺度刻意收斂,不與蘭陽的天光水田爭高,而是讓人慢下來——在雨與晴的更替裡,重新感受宜蘭的節奏。 從土地評估、建築規劃、室內設計,到日後的營運,每一個環節都由同一份心意照看。旅店因此不是一次性的設計成果,而是一段持續被生活打磨的關係:空間如何被使用、如何待客、如何隨時間長出溫度。 A design hotel set in Yilan — and also a family's way of receiving its guests. The four-storey scale is deliberately restrained, choosing not to compete with the height of the Lanyang plain's light and paddy fields, but to let people slow down and feel the rhythm of Yilan in the turning between rain and clear sky. From land assessment and architectural planning to interior design and, later, daily operation, every stage is tended by the same intention. The hotel is therefore not a one-off design outcome but a relationship continually shaped by living in it: how the space is used, how guests are welcomed, how it grows warmer over time.
